Delicious meals, overall everything was beautiful.
I truly enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend to others. Really cute hotel, the staff were all really kind and exceptional and the location was amazing in a car-free area. Actually the room was beautiful with the terrace, coffee. The breakfast was large and lovely, there was a wide array of food to chose from.

Our recent city break was fantastic! We were amazed by the beautiful, stylish and historic location in the heart of the busy city. We particularly appreciated how secure and friendly the staff were, going the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. The rooftop terrace was a special bonus with incredible views of the city, and the local guides recommended by the hotel were knowledgeable and entertaining, making the city come alive. Lastly, we loved the delicious breakfast and mint tea made fresh each morning, a great way to start our day.
There were a few negatives that we experienced during our stay. The first was the somewhat difficult and confusing street system in the city which made finding the hotel quite a challenge.

I would recommend with confidence. The hotel's location is excellent, really close to a traditional palace and Fes' medina and the centre of the buzz. Fes El Bali district is worth looking into.

This hotel in the medina was a great find! the value for money was impressive - the huge old building and spacious rooms felt like a steal. Secondly, the staff, especially Karim, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. With endless mint teas and helpful recommendations, their genuine friendliness made us feel truly welcome. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic - a real highlight of our stay. Also, the rooftop terrace provided breathtaking views that rivaled some of the city's landmarks. We couldn't have asked for more.
The slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but overall, everything was ok.

I wanted to visit the Nejjarine Museum of Wooden Arts & Crafts, so I chose Palais Antique for its strategic location in the heart of the medina. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services offered by the hotel. Additionally, I enjoyed a satisfying meal at the restaurant, and the complimentary local cuisine breakfast served daily at 7 AM was a delightful start to my day.
Breakfast started at 9, causing some waiting for us early risers. But nothing else.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel tucked away in the heart of a bustling, car-free area. The location was simply perfect, allowing me to easily explore the historic medina and soak in its vibrant atmosphere. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure my stay was truly memorable. From the warm welcome and helpful recommendations to the impeccable service throughout, their attention to detail was outstanding. I particularly appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, which boasted stunning views from the terrace. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious and generous breakfast, complete with elegant omelettes. All in all, this hotel provided exceptional value for money, exceeding my expectations in every way.
While everything else was fantastic, there was one tiny area that could benefit from improvement - the TV signal. However, the staff went out of their way to address this issue, exemplifying their dedication to guest satisfaction.

My absolute thanks go to Karim and Omar who truly transformed this stay into a much more luxurious experience. They are extremely helpful, always on call, very professional and kind. The property itself had a few things that can probably be easily fixed or improved, but the way Karim and Omar dealt with any request is what matters and ultimately helps. Thank you again Omar for all your help with my luggage, meeting me and seeing me off so safely! Breakfast was lovely and abundant - compliments to the lovely lady preparing them, particularly the elegant omelettes! Great location, amazing views.

We booked a beautiful palace in the heart of an old city. The palace has a great location right inside a medina, a car-free area. We enjoyed exploring the center of the medina, which was within walking distance. The room was lovely, and the staff was helpful and very kind. We had a delicious breakfast and enjoyed the stunning rooftop view.
We were disappointed that our bathroom was small and not very comfortable to use.

This hotel is absolutely stunning – it's an old, traditional building with an atrium and rooftop terrace that offer amazing views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even providing me with early breakfast when I had a tour booked. The location was perfect, right in the center of the old medina and within walking distance to everything.
No complaints.

When I stumbled upon this hotel, I couldn't believe my luck. It turned out to be an absolute gem! the value for money is incredible - for the price paid, the experience was truly worth it. Secondly, the attention to detail in this hotel is commendable. From the beautiful decor to the charm of the restored 300-year-old riad, every corner exudes elegance and history. Lastly, the location is unbeatable. Nestled in the heart of the historic medina, getting lost in the labyrinthine streets and stumbling upon hidden treasures became my favorite pastime.
All in all, everything was absolutely perfect.
